DRAGA NEOLITHIC PARK
Park with the objective of popularizing the archaeological knowledge drawn from these excavations, in a playful way.
It is the only Neolithic village in the northern part of the Iberian peninsula. The discovery on the shores of the lake of large numbers of bones of large animals, wood objects and carved stones has revolutionized the understanding that we have Mediterranean Neolithic societies. The Draga Park set itself the objective of popularize the archaeological knowledge drawn from these excavations, in a playful way: a village has been reconstructed and, during the visit, the visitor attends demonstrations of the day-to-day activities, such as the size of the silex. Very informative and fun.
