Set on the banks of the marina (facing Auberge Seraphine), here is a very pleasant setting for one of the most famous restaurant of the island. The Creole atmosphere is highlighted by colorful tableware created by Madame Michelle Elliot, whose collection is on sale in Pink Plantation House.The menu will delight lovers of French and Creole fusion cuisine. Xavier, the French chef, is famous in his field; it has worked for over 20 years on the island. It offers a new cuisine combining Caribbean flavors and aromas . On the menu, today's special such as shrimp salads, Greek salad, fish broth or simply grilled. In the evening, the atmosphere is more cosy and more refined menu: callaloo soup (a kind of tropical spinach), shrimp cocktail and crayfish according to the season.
