THE PINK PLANTATION HOUSE
Go there and contact
Nestling on the hill in the outskirts of Castries, The Pink House is a charming property which has preserved all the charm of its colonial architecture. The former plantation has existed for 150 years but was abandoned and Michelle began to renovate it. It is now a restaurant and ceramics workshops. The restaurant's terrace overlooks Castries' bay with a breathtaking view and the food honors creole flavors. Lunch and diner are served in beautiful and colorful ceramics dishes. You can visit Michelle's workshop which is opened to the public. The property is surrounded by an elegant tropical garden where grows numerous of wild orchids, carefully cultivated by the owner herself.
