After the closure of the "Relais de Bourgogne" in 2022, Saint-Jean-aux-Amognes finally has a restaurant again. Victor Riera and his partner Dounya are at the helm, serving local produce from small-scale producers. We enjoyed an Amognotte (a salad of crottin de chavignol with Morvan trout gravlax and warm goat's cheese sauce), followed by a Charolais beef tartare, and finished with a tasty French toast from Ferme du Rompe. A table warmly recommended. As is "La Grande Cuvée", the establishment's wine shop/bar.
