This is the restaurant of the Michelin-starred Emporium Hotel. Its philosophy is to give priority to local and organic produce. Also a member of the "cuina del vent" association, it naturally varies its menus according to the season, but perhaps you'll try marinated sardines with chickpeas, followed by spiced duck served with apples and chicory, and ending with "tecla de Santa Clara", a homemade dessert. A tapas area gives you access to their savoir-faire, in a slightly more affordable way.
