Located in a 15th century building, this palace is one of the most emblematic buildings in the city and was the historical residence of the fairy tales of Torroella de Montgrí. The interior is decorated in Renaissance and Noucentista styles and houses the Museum of Contemporary Photography of the Vila Casas Foundation, which was inaugurated in 2000. In addition to a permanent exhibition, it holds temporary exhibitions and lecture series dedicated to history.
