Opened since 1985 this center FFESSM, PADI, SSI, BSAC, PSI-CEDIP is one of the most famous of Costa Brava. Located opposite the port of Estartit, in the hotel with the same name, the center has all the services (baths, showers, locker rooms, etc.). The Illes Diving Center offers up to 4 trips a day to the Medes Islands (2 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon) on board two fully equipped boats. In addition to the classics released to the Medes Islands, the center also offers a dozen beautiful dives to the rocky funds of the Massif del Montgrí. Teams and instructors are multilingual. Training and courses are provided in the diving school of the center. The property also has a comfortable hotel fully thought-out and ready for divers.

Una experiència gens recomanable… les habitacions són antigues, el llit és molt incòmode i el pitjor de tot és que estan brutes. Vam pagar per una suposada habitació amb balcó i vistes i l’únic que veiem era com el veí de davant feia vida a casa seva, perquè literalment teniem l’edifici de davant a mig metre del balcó, això sí, et cobren extra pel balcó i les vistes…Els llits eren una espècie de llitetes desmontables molt incomodes. La banyera estava plena de fongs, i el terra dubto molt que ni tan sols li haguessin passat la fregona…No hi tornari ni que m’ho regalessin. Això sí, el personal de sala a l’hora d’esmorzar és molt simpàtic i la ubicació és bona. Tot i això no compensa.

Excellent centre et hotel pour les plongeurs
Le cadre est magnifique et l'équipe au top. Très bon club de plongée par qui nous sommes passées pour nos plongées en Costa Brava. Centre à taille humaine, où règne une bonne ambiance et un cadre de plongée en toute sécurité. Je garderai un excellent souvenir de cette structure de plongée. Le centre dispose d'un hotel à coté... tout es pensé par les plongeurs. Rien à redire que ce soit au niveau de l'ambiance et le confort.
