SANT SEBASTIÀ LIGHTHOUSE
This lighthouse, located on a cape surrounded by wild cliffs, is one of the most powerful in Spain.
Located on a cape surrounded by wild cliffs, this lighthouse, built in 1857, and 13 meters high, is one of the most powerful in Spain. In summer, a small train linking Calella to Llafranc provides access to it. A little further on, you will also discover the archaeological site of Sant Sebastià de la Guarda and the remains of a 6th-century Iberian village as well as an 18th-century watchtower. A visit guarantees you great views of the Costa Brava, both day and night, especially if the full moon is in your favour.
