SANTS METGES CHURCH
This Romanesque church located on top of a small mountain is now protected as a property of local cultural interest
Situated at the top of a small mountain, the church of Sants Metges is in Romanesque style and dates from the beginning of the 11th century. Partly destroyed over time, it has been restored several times respecting the original aspect of the original temple and is now protected as an asset of local cultural interest. Of particular note is its façade, which is decorated with a beautiful Renaissance doorway. At the base of the construction, Iberian period stones can be seen. Its strategic location makes it a good viewpoint towards the surrounding area.
