CENTRE ROCA SANT JULIAN
Gastronomic and cultural center designed by the Roca brothers, located in Sant Julià de Ramis.
Conceived by the Roca brothers of Girona's Celler Can Roca, this gastronomic and cultural center is due to be set up, little by little, from autumn 2023. It will begin with the opening of a hotel, followed by a restaurant showcasing the most emblematic dishes from the Roca brothers' saga. A distillery, an exhibition hall on the theme of culinary research and, finally, a Roca Academia dedicated to teaching, should complete this multi-purpose space, which will be set up in a location on the Sants Metges mountain.
