Cal Torru de Bolvir is an address working with traditional Catalan cuisine with an emphasis on fresh, ecological and seasonal products. To this end, the menu changes every two to three months. Thus, if you taste the rice from the mountains, a house specialty, it will incorporate seasonal products (mushrooms, artichokes...). In a minimalist design décor, the plates are presented with care and inspiration.
