SANTA MARIA DE MOSOLL CHURCH
A church of Romanesque origin dedicated to Mary with some reproductions of 13th century paintings
In the hamlet of Mosoll there is a church of Romanesque origin dedicated to Mary, partly destroyed at the end of the 12th century. The structure that can be seen today is quite simple: a nave ending in a semicircular apse housing the original baptismal font and some reproductions of remains of 13th century paintings depicting episodes from the childhood of Christ, the originals being kept at the MNAC (National Art Museum of Catalonia), in Barcelona.
