CHURCH SANT JOAN DE MONTBÒ
A church built in the eleventh or early twelfth century, which has a nave with an original semicircular apse
Although mentioned nowhere before the year 1200, construction architecture suggests that this church was built in the th or early th century. Romanesque building, with an original semi-circular nave, which was added later a chore on the southern facade. The main façade in the west was reformed in the th and th centuries. Above the entrance door, you can find a small cross-shaped window, partially segregated. A quadrangular tower bearing the roof of the bell tops the building. The church Sant Joan de Montbò has long been a parish church, but no worship has been held there since the end of the th century.
