CHURCH SANT MARTÍ DE SOLAMAL
A parish church from the Romanesque period which has preserved its nave and its semicircular apse
Formerly the parish church of Sant Martí de Solamal, the Sant Martí de Solamal administration went under the administration of Sant Pere Puig in the th century. The original structure of the temple dates from the th century, but was amended several times later, including the addition of chore and additional parts in the southern part of the building. From the Romanesque era, it retained its nave and its semicircular apse, with a rainbow window topped with some decorative figures. The head of the entrance door, west side, is semicircular, and is surmounted by a double window. The steeple was built in the th on the basis of an already existing structure. Inside is a baptismal of the Baroque era.
