This 14th century manor house belonged to the Riba family until 1961, before being sold to a pharmaceutical company. Some fifty years earlier, the famous modernist architect Rafael Masó had renovated, enlarged and even transfigured the interior of the old house. The splendid galleries on the main façade to the south and a private modern chapel with stained glass windows depicting the patron saints of livestock farming, pharmacy and veterinary medicine are the most outstanding features of this modernist reform.
