A member of the Garrotxa Volcanic Cuisine Association, Can Xel offers typical regional dishes at very reasonable prices: pork trotters with snails, lamb shoulder with mountain herbs, stuffed eggplants with sea and mountain ingredients, the unmissable botifarra with Santa Pau beans and truffle ice cream topped with mascarpone are just some of the dishes on the menu. A traditional, quality address, which also offers four tourist apartments for up to eight people each.
