MONASTERY OF SANT JOAN LES FONTS
A church with a replica of a polychrome painting on wood representing Sant Joan les Fonts
Although it dates back to the 12th century, today we can only appreciate the church with three naves with a Romanesque apse and two apsidioles, as well as a polychrome painting replica on wood depicting Sant Joan les Fonts. However, it seems that the very first one in the building, which can be seen on the riverside façade, dates from the year 958. The sacristy and bell tower are of later construction, dating back to the 18th century.
