The young and friendly artisan-cheese Oriol shares his passion every Sunday morning with whom he wants to hear him: The visit begins with a tour on the dairy farm where the milk necessary for the manufacture of the cheese is obtained, then direction the atelier of the Xiquella where one learns how and by which stages the raw milk before becoming cheese, and finish with a tasting of finished products, accompanied by a good glass of wine.
