SANT ISCLE DE COLLTORT CHURCH
A church dedicated to the martyred brothers and sisters Sant Iscle and Santa Victòria, with a view of the surrounding valleys
Like most buildings built before the 15th century, the original structure of this Romanesque church from the year 1020 could not withstand the powerful earthquakes that struck the area. Dedicated to the martyred brothers and sisters Sant Iscle and Santa Victòria, it is said to have been offered to the feudal lord of the time by the Visigoths as payment of a debt. Subsequently rebuilt, it underwent extensive restoration work in 1985. From here, the view of the surrounding valleys is quite striking.
