A few tables inside the hangar where the wines are stored in huge tanks, several chairs outside around 5 or 6 barrels transformed into tables and everything is ready to allow you to taste, with a plate of cheeses, the Pelter (not kosher) and Matar (kosher) wines produced by this small family winegrowing company born in 2005. Chardonnay, sauvignon blanc, merlot, sémillon rosé... are among the wines to be tested. It is preferable to call beforehand for a tasting.
