Ein Pik is an ancient Syrian village abandoned in 1967, following the Six-Day War, and established on the remains of a Jewish village dating back to the 3rd century. The restored ruins can be visited, but only occupy a small area. The most archaeologically significant finds have been transferred to the Qatzrin Museum. The site offers a beautiful view over the valley and Ein Gev. After descending a few steps, which are slippery when it rains, we reach a small pool some 30 metres further on, which is the Pik Spring.
