Creation, innovation and, above all, maximum respect for the traditions of the Empordà conguguent in every dish, every recipe, every dessert taken out of cooking cooking. You can taste a sweet tartar in the palate, tasty fish and seafood, delicious meat (steak steak, waygu or black Angus), and a dessert card specially designed for the greedy (the council of the chef: start the meal by dessert!).
