Founded in 1963, and celebrating our 60th anniversary this year, Finques Riart is one of the benchmark agencies located in Calonge i Sant Antoni, dedicated to the rental of accommodation for the tourist season, the sale and purchase of property, management, insurance and full maintenance services, while offering personalized attention and a wide range of services to our customers.
At Finques Riart, we are very clear about our motto; instilled and very present by our esteemed founder, Mr. Josep Antoni Riart i Juncàs: "To serve all our customers with efficiency and honesty". The Tourism Quality Commitment label was also born of this know-how, and for his long career in the world of tourism, Mr. Riart was awarded the Tourism Merit Medal on December 19, 2006, by the Honorable President of the Generalitat de Catalunya.

Ce qui les intéresse c’est votre argent et rien d’autre
Ils augmentent leurs prix d’une année sur l’autre de plus de 23% sans aucune rénovation dans l’appartement et vous disent que c’est comme ça et qu’ils s’alignent sur les prix du marché
