A guided tour to learn about the traditional wine making process
Located in the Conca del Tinar de Calonge, the Molla family retains tradition since it has been installed on these lands since 1338. The guided tour gives you first know the particularities of the traditional wine development process: use of sulphur, storage in barrels of wood, spontaneous fermentation and native yeast… You will then visit the cellars and the circuit will end with a tasting in the garden of the house. Depending on the season, you can also buy cherries, pears, peaches, apricots…
