From Calonge, a number of signposted circuits will allow you to discover the Plaine plain, whether on foot or by bike. With low and medium difficulty, the mills trail leads you to Cabanys creek and discover the old mills producing flour (PR-C 116, yellow and white). The Tinar basin crosses the vines, with the central axis of the river Tinar (white and green marks). A third will lead you to different historical remains: Roman, in Collet and Iberians, in Castell Bari. As well as the menhir of Puisesforques, one of the largest Catalan megaliths and one of the closest to the coast. You can discover the plain of Calonge with its numerous vineyards and olive trees.
