Tours are available to Narsaq, the ideal base for navigating between icebergs in the sublime surrounding fjords - a real photo safari.
Narsaq is the ideal point for iceberg navigation in the sublime and wild fjords of the surrounding area. At the bottom of the Sermilik fjord, large active glaciers pour out a multitude of icebergs, which quietly scroll past the town of Narsaq, drifting towards the open sea... some of which can take several years to completely melt! This tour is a real iceberg photo safari as well as being able to hear them crackle and even touch them. This tour lasts about an hour and is not difficult. Minimum 2 people.
