The local tourist office is located in the museum. With a guide from the tourist office, a walk in the southwest of the city (one hour in each direction) remains very pleasant. You will meander through marshes and hills and through rocky coves until you reach the peaceful Inuit Ulimiut ruins. The ruins themselves are simply surrounded by thick grass, but the bay and promontory make it a beautiful site for picnics or camping.
