KristineMut is Nuuk's oldest bar. It's a lively place, with occasional bingos and live music every Friday and Saturday.
Otherwise, the downtown area offers a variety of places to go out, all within easy walking distance of each other, such as the popular Maximut, Daddy's, Takuss, Tugto and Tullemut pubs. Bars are generally open until midnight on weekdays and 3 a.m. at weekends. Note that the Pascussi, Iggu and Esmeralda restaurants also serve as café-bars.
