Beautifully situated on the shores of the icy Ilulissat fjord, Hvide Falk's cuisine is based on seasonal Greenlandic ingredients (reindeer, seal, musk ox, shrimp, scallops, smoked whale, dried fish...) and a touch of Asian cuisine. A Greenlandic buffet with plenty of seafood is also available in summer. In any case, the restaurant offers not only one of the city's best panoramic views of Disko Bay and its icebergs, but also delicious dishes served generously.
