Situated on the banks of the Étang des Roses and led in the kitchen by Chef François Martin (one of the famous Toques Nivernaises), this restaurant brilliantly combines the freshness of seasonal produce with the flavors of local Nivernais products. The menu includes duck foie gras chaud-froid with porcini mushrooms, roast turbot with raspberry onion compote, fricassee of Burgundy snails with artichokes and pistou sauce... a great deal of creativity and refinement, complemented by an excellent wine list. A superb table in an enchanting setting.
