First (micro) distillery in Acadia, this family company was born in 2012. There are a dozen alcohols, many of which have been medallists in various international competitions. Among its vintages, the August Water, a whiskey flavoured with maple syrup produced once a year in small quantities, the Red Monarch, a natural cranberry liquor, gin Cedar composed of génévrier and coriander, or Courailleuse, a true flavoured absinthe to anise and fenouils. It is possible to make a few tastings before buying.
