The poke bowl craze has made its way here. This Hawaiian specialty is mainly composed of fish cubes marinated in a soy-based sauce, presented in a bowl topped with vinegar rice and vegetables (avocado, tomatoes, carrots, edamame...). The only limits are your imagination. Bonsai Poke offers a la carte versions with tuna and shrimp, but also a meat or vegetarian version. We also love the dumplings à la carte, a Chinese speciality this time, made with a filling surrounded by pastry, all steamed.
