This restaurant serves two of Naruto's most famous products, sea bream and wakame seaweed. To taste these two local products at the same time, order a taidon, a dish made with these two ingredients served on a bowl of rice. Freshness guaranteed. The slices of sea bream, which may seem thick, are in fact of a delicate texture. A touch of wasabi accompanies the culinary experience.
