Nonbe ("bon vivant" in Japanese) is one of Belval's most exclusive addresses, and one of the best: it was voted Asian of the Year 2022 by Gault & Millau! In a modern, elegant setting, Japanese chef Norihiro Imamura offers tasty, authentic cuisine. On the brasserie side, Japanese tapas, gyozas and sushi are served facing the open kitchen. On the restaurant side (in the beautiful wooden mezzanine), the menu (which varies with the seasons) is more elaborate and refined. Opt for a sake to accompany your meal!
