Immersed in the Albera Natural Park, it is one of the oldest Benedictine monasteries in the Empordà and is of great architectural interest. Of particular interest are its fortified enclosure, dating from the 14th century, the golden age of the monastery, as well as the remains of the pre-Romanesque church, the basilica with three apses and Lombard decoration. It can be reached on foot from Rabós, after a walk of about 6 km, or by car.
