Nouveau cuisinier : belle surprise
Nous sommes allés pour l’ouverture de la saison et pour goûter la cuisine du nouveau chef de cuisine... Chaque année nous y allons pour les filets de perches mais si possible hors saison car sinon il peut y avoir vite du monde.
Accueil très agréable.
Les filets de perches étaient excellents, la manière de préparer la sauce aux herbes était top et nous avons particulièrement apprécié le riz qui contenait des petits cubes de légumes.
Belle revisite de leur plat phare... Ça vaut le détour...
