The revival of Tannay wine production is evident year after year, and Jean-Marie Perdikouris' domaine is proof of this. Covering 7.5 hectares with southern exposure and harvested by hand, his vines produce between 40 and 50,000 bottles a year, with 7 different cuvées, namely Chardonnay, Chardonnay fut de chêne, Melon de Bourgogne, Pinot noir, Pinot noir rosé, as well as two traditional methods, blanc and rosé (pétillant).
