One of the main industrial sites of the region, north of Tapalpa.
In the mid-19th century, this foundry was one of the main industrial sites in the region. The site is about 30 km north of Tapalpa. There is a pleasant lake nearby, where it is possible to fish. The village of about 600 souls is also called Ferreria de Tula. The area offers a nice walk to discover the mountain landscape. You can stay here, as despite its small size, the village has some nice accommodation options. Very relaxing.
