MUSEO REGIONAL DE NAYARIT
Terracotta figurines that relate scenes from the daily life of the civilizations of the Mexican West in Tepic
In this beautiful building, completed in 1762, there is a reconstruction of a vertical tomb (period between 200 BC and 600 AD) and terracotta figurines that relate scenes from the daily life of the civilizations of the Mexican West. The first floor shows later cultures, where we note the appearance of funerary urns duly worked (Mololoa culture) and pieces also evoke the civilization of Aztatlan (900-1350 AD).
