Vineyard created by Jesuit fathers housing two notable buildings: Saint-Aloysius Church and the former Seven Hill's College.
First and renowned vineyard of the Clare Valley created in the nineteenth century by Jesuit fathers. Two notable buildings: the Saint-Aloysius Church, built from 1864 to 1875, where the bodies of 41 Jesuits were founded, and the former Seven Hill's College, several Jesuit winemakers succeeded Sevenhill, one of them still working closely with the winery vinification team. Riesling, but also solid grenaches and moldy syrah but fruity. Guided tours of the domain (cellars and historical parts) are organized.
