This is a major cultural and artistic center whose aim is to train a new generation of creators, mainly by calling on renowned national and international artists. The building dates back to the porfiriato era (late 19th century). The site, also known as Escuela Modelo, is still in its infancy, but houses exhibition halls, a film library, a library and an information module for tourists.
