BADALONA MUSEUM
Museum preserving tombstones, sculptures and objects from archaeological excavations in the area.
The city of Baetulo, ancient Badalona, was built by the Romans in the 1st century BC. The museum was built on part of its remains, in this case the old thermal baths and remains of the urban fabric. The museum also keeps tombstones, sculptures and objects from archaeological excavations. It also manages several archaeological sites, including the Turó d'en Boscà, as well as guided tours of the modernist factory Anís del Mono, which allows visitors to discover the process of making the famous Catalan aniseed liqueur.
