Fair dedicated to cava and gastronomy, celebrated every year in Sant Sadurní d'Anoia as part of the Cava Week. On this occasion, the Confraria del Cava (brotherhood) and the main bodegas of the municipality are mobilising to share the secrets of the production of the famous Catalan champagne. For three days, this fair brings together producers and cava lovers for tastings, workshops, guided tours of the cellars and other activities.
