The estate is run with passion by Milena Pepe, a young Belgian who, after studying oenology and viticulture in France, took over the family vineyard in Irpinia. Since then, it's been a real success story: 70 hectares of vines (and 12 hectares of olive trees), 500,000 bottles of wine a year and a number of international awards. The sales outlet is open daily, and Tenuta Cavalier Pepe organizes wine tastings, including several DOC and DOCG wines, and guided tours of the vineyard and cantina in French.
