Franca and Antonio, the charming owners of La Pergola, take turns in the kitchen and in the dining room to introduce the flavours of the land. Gesualdo has always been a land of vegetable gardens, and the vegetables are used in the composition of the traditional Irish dishes, magnified by modern and original touches. The meats are just as tasty: the veal carpaccio with black truffle and the leg of lamb cooked in hay are a delight! Tutto perfetto,dall’accoglienza al supporto per la scelta dei vini alla musica di sottofondo.Deliziosa la zuppa di sedano e gustosissimo lo stracotto.il gelato vaniglia castagne cioccolata e cachi una vera bontà.
