Franca and Antonio, the charming owners of La Pergola, take turns in the kitchen and in the dining room to introduce the flavours of the land. Gesualdo has always been a land of vegetable gardens, and the vegetables are used in the composition of the traditional Irish dishes, magnified by modern and original touches. The meats are just as tasty: the veal carpaccio with black truffle and the leg of lamb cooked in hay are a delight! A fine selection of cheeses: this is an opportunity to taste the rare and prized pecorino di Carmasciano.

Ristorante immerso nel verde, locale elegante, menù soddisfacente, servizio professionale, forse un po' (volutamente) lento, bella presentazione dei piatti, sapori molto delicati ed equilibrati, prezzi un po' alti per la zona ma giusti per la qualità dei piatti, ottimo il vino della casa. In estate i tavoli vengono allestiti all'aperto. Piacevole esperienza.
