The restaurant room, dug out of the tufa, was used as a stable by the Zampaglione family, a noble family of the town that occupied the palace on the upper floor. On the menu you will find hearty regional cuisine with meats and cold meats of guaranteed quality and origin from the family butchery. Typical regional pasta dishes, such as cavatelli, a short pasta made with three fingers, accompanied by al ragù sauce. Calitri's caciocavallo is also on the menu, fried in filo pastry, with honey and sesame seeds.
