In this intimate place with red and white walls and stone vaults, partly dug in the rock, Filomena welcomes you warmly and tells you about the dishes of the day that she prepares with love and generosity. The menu is faithful to the culinary traditions of Calitri, with a few touches of originality here and there, and the raw materials are local. A must: the cannazze of Calitri, short pasta with holes in the middle, served with a tomato sauce or al ragù. Very good home-made desserts.
