The Tornillos have been butchers since 1957, working with pork in an artisanal way, favouring local products, rural tradition and the rejection of intensive farming. The sausages are made by hand from the meat of local pigs fed on natural feed. In their butcher's shop in Calitri, in addition to the meat, you can buy all the typical pork products of southern Italy: soppressata irpina, salsiccia calitrana, pancetta, capocollo, guanciale, spianata and other quality products.
