Il migliore . Fra tutti i ristoranti dei paesi della vallata ed oltre non ci sono paragoni. Si può cominciate il pasto assaggiando gli antipasti caldi e freddi con scelta di un piatto di entrata. E già agli antipasti ti rendi conto che sei nelnposto giusto. Tutti gli ingredienti e le ricette richiamamo la tradizione culinaria abruzzese rivisitata ma senza affettazioni. La scelta dei vini è notevole. Affidatevi ai suggerimenti di Carmine.
